INGREDIENTS:
PRATEEK Basmati Rice 400 g
Chicken (diced) 500 g
Ginger Juice 1 tsp
Garlic Juice 1/2 tsp
Salt to Taste
Cayenne Pepper 1/3 tsp
Saffron 1/2 tsp
Tumeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Vegetable Oil 50ml
Yogurt 5 fl oz
Ginger Julienne to Garnish
Chili Julienne to Garnish)
Ginger Coriander leaves to Garnish

METHOD:
- Soak Saffron in a table spoon of water for 10 mins.
- Mix chicken, ginger juice, garlic juice yogurt, salt, tumeric powder, cayenne pepper and soaked saffron. Marinade for 3-4 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan an cook the chicken mixture stirring occasionally, until chicken is tender and all the liquid is absorbed.
- Serve over a bed of PRATEEK Boiled Basmati Rice garnished with green chilies, ginger and chopped fresh coriander.
